Unlike boring online training programs, this curriculum is instructor- led, interactive, and consistently delivers lasting impact. After completing the program, Bring Your A Game to Work participants will understand the long- term benefits of work ethic, and setting a foundation for personal and professional success. The game can play up to eight, but that number could easily be expanded by playing teams. Read honest and unbiased product reviews from our users. Next, we write a thorough description of your item, and create a title that will help buyers find it easily.

Bring Your Own Book is the game of borrowed phrases, where players search through books for text to take way out of context. It's easy. Players take turns drawing prompts from the deck, then race to find the best phrase in their own book that satisfies the prompt. Since you can use a different book each time, you can play it with any audience, and there's a practically infinite supply of source material. We still have copies of the Bring Your Own Book first printing, funded through Kickstarter, complete with all the stretch goals and special touches: bookmarks, ribbons, gold foil stamping, etc.

Reading is often viewed as a solitary activity. Libraries—the places books are kept—are considered bastions of silence in a noisy and distracting world. Bring Your Own Book is a party game for three to eight players. The first player to reach a certain number of cards wins. Each player brings to the game a book—any book.

Bring Your Own Book is fun and simple. Players take turns drawing prompts from the deck, then race to find the best phrase in their own book that satisfies the prompt. Watch this quick tutorial to see the rules in action. And since you can use a different book each time, you can play it with any audience, and there's an almost limitless supply of source material. Bring Your Own Book started as a response to one of those memes on social media: "Grab the nearest book and turn to page 36; the first full sentence describes your love life! Still, that act of reading text from books out of context was begging to be turned into a game. So Matthew the designer created some prompts, printed up cards, and playtested at length.

As parents, we loved reading to our kids at bedtime and they loved seeing how long they could keep us reading. Jaden and Caleb in particular absolutely devour books. But before starting, each player needs to do like the name of the game says and bring a book to play with. It can be any type of book — and often, the wider the variety, the more fun the game. The objective of the game is to be the first person to collect a certain number of cards 4 cards in a player game or 5 cards in a player game. Then the other players search through their books for a passage that fits the prompt. Now the rest of the players only have 1 minute more to find something.

Bring Your Own Book is a game for fast readers who enjoy looking at their favorite reading material from a new angle. Players choose a book -- any book: a novel, a history book, even a cookbook -- and wait for the prompts to tell them what to seek. One player acts as the judge, first reading out a prompt from a card, then waiting for all players quickly to find a word or phrase that matches the prompt; when all responses are in, the judge chooses the one he or she likes best and awards the prompt card. The first player to collect enough prompt cards wins the game. Parents who know games like "Apples to Apples" will find familiar elements in this game. Our players quickly realized that the response to the prompt need to entertain the judge more than they need to be the perfect result, leading to a fair amount of hilarity.
