As part of our homeschool science study of biology this year we are taking a closer look at animals of different classifications. To help my kids learn about some animals more in-depth, I created this free printable animal report form for each of the different classifications we studied. My idea behind the Animal Report Form Printable is that kids would do a report on an animal from each of the animal classes. They can then add one of the 3 cover choices one color and two black and white for your student to color. This way kids would not only learn about a variety of animals, but would also have a grasp about the different classifications animals are divided up into. There are individual Animal Report Forms with descriptions for the following Animal Classifications:. There is also a sheet for children to write down several examples of each classification to get a quick at-a-glance understanding on how they are broken down.
Amy, your reports look great. My firsties are finishing their animal shared writing and research projects right now too. They also make an art project at home to go with it. We've worked on them for about a month. They've had a blast!
