The name of the book, Black Panther, is to some extent related to the political Black Panther Party. The concept of this comic has been around since , and now has developed into a well-known Marvel Universe character, as well as becoming a Marvel film. One of his most famous novels is Between the World and Me , which was published in and based off of a poem by Richard Wright. His mother being a teacher, this likely inspired him to take up a unique career in writing. His most famous comics are for sure the Black Panther series, although he did not write the originals , since they have greatly expanded the series and inspired the film.
