I want to read some Warhammer 40k, where do i start?
For years i'v been meaning to try and get into the Warhammer books but i keep putting it off, mainly because i have no clue where to start, looking on the Black Library site theirs hundreds of books and there all expensive as fuck, where should i begin? Im guessing i just start reading through the Horus Hersey but i wanted to see what you guys think before i take the plunge. Honestly once you have a grasp on the universe you can pretty much read whatever whenever you want. I would also look at the first Ultramarines omnibus, the Gaunt's Ghost's series, and maybe Ciaphus Cain if you are looking for something a little less serious. If you want something a little shorter, I might try reading Helsreach.
